Department of Civil Aviation & Ras Al Khaimah International Airport Celebrate UAE National Sports Day On 2nd March 2023 With A Marathon Event for Staff

UAE is
celebrating its eighth National Sports Day with sporting events taking place
all over the country on Thursday, 2nd March 2023.
This special day under the directive of His
Highness Sheikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime
Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai, embodies the UAE’s message of unity (#UAEUniteUs)
in a multi-cultural society. The event will showcase the sports sector’s
interaction with the spirit of national unity that prevails across the country.

Al-Qasimi, Chief Executive Officer of UAE National Sports Day initiative and
Chairman of the Department of Civil Aviation, Ras Al Khaimah expressed his
excitement and delight on this inimitable day. “We are pleased to host and
organize a marathon event for staff on Thursday 2nd March, 2023 to
rejoice in the spirit of national unity while supporting sports and physical
health. A healthy mind and body can lead to positive and productive individuals
not only in UAE, but all across the globe. I take this opportunity to congratulate His Highness Sheikh Mohammed
bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates and Ruler
of Abu Dhabi and His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al
Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai on this jubilant day,” he
