Eng. Sheikh Salem bin Sultan bin Saqr Al-Qasimi, Chairman of the Department of Civil Aviation in Ras Al-Khaimah, valued the department's obtaining the international accreditation of the standard for the innovation management system ISO 56002: 2019 in appreciation of it is untiring efforts and the culmination of the tireless work of the department’s staff as it is ranked first among the civil aviation departments in the country in terms of receiving this international accreditation.
Sheikh Salem bin Sultan bin Saqr Al-Qasimi extends his sincere congratulations to His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al-Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Ras Al-Khaimah, and His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Saud bin Saqr Al-Qasimi, Crown Prince of Ras Al-Khaimah, for the department's achievement of this international accreditation. Moreover, He adds that this achievement represents great happiness and joy for those in charge of the award for their efforts noting that the award team continued to work remotely without interruption in order to obtain this accreditation in light of the emergency conditions that our country and the world are going through as a result of the pandemic "Covid-19.
Sheikh Salem bin Sultan Al-Qasimi explained that the department is always keen to work according to the vision of His Highness the Ruler of Ras Al-Khaimah and the follow-up of His Highness the Crown Prince and President of the Emirate’s Executive Council to continue this success and enhance high quality competitiveness to gain more achievements that will be added to the UAE’s achievements record and its pioneering role in the civil aviation sector on both the Arab and international levels; the department holds a prominent international position in the field of aviation industry due to the proper visions and directives of the wise leadership of the state.
