RAKDCA Explores Best Practices in Sharjah’s Aviation Sector
A delegation from the Ras Al Khaimah Department of Civil Aviation (RAKDCA), led by H.E. Eng. Esmaeel Hasan Al Blooshi, Director General, visited Sharjah Civil Aviation on January 30, 2025. The delegation was received by H.E. Sheikh Khalid bin Essam bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Chairman of Sharjah Civil Aviation and H.E. Sheikh Sultan bin Abdullah Al Thani, Director General with the aim of exploring best practices, smart systems, and operational experiences in the civil aviation sector.
This visit aligns with efforts to enhance operational efficiency and safety standards, in line with the Ras Al Khaimah Government’s Vision 2030 and the RAKDCA’s strategy to strengthen joint cooperation.
During the visit, both parties exchanged knowledge and expertise on operational procedures, regulatory frameworks, and safety protocols, reflecting their commitment to fostering integration and collaboration in the civil aviation sector. They were also given a tour of the training center, where they explored the latest training systems and facilities aimed at enhancing skills and expertise within the sector. This visit represents a strategic step toward advancing the aviation industry by sharing successful experiences and adopting the latest solutions and innovations, contributing to achieving the highest levels of efficiency and excellence while reinforcing the UAE’s position as a leading global aviation hub.
